Optimist Club of the Beaches

Florida State University – 4 Scholarships

1.     Scholarships are administered and awarded through the FSU Foundation.

2.     Scholarships are for students attending the Panama City campus

3.     The 4 scholarships are:

a.     Ben Graham Optimist Club of the Beaches Endowed Scholarship – For students pursuing a certificate or minor in underwater crime scene investigation

b.     Dennie Sebolt Optimist Club of the Beaches Endowed Scholarship – For residents of Bay County who have graduated from a Bay County High School

c.     Optimist Club of the Beaches Law Enforcement Endowed Scholarship – For a student in the Public Safety and Security Program

d.     Thomas G. & Donna P. McCoy Optimist club of the Beaches Endowed Scholarship – Special consideration will be given to students with personal achievements, including academic, scholastic and leadership awards and participation in school and community activities including affiliation with Optimist Clubs
