Every year the Optimist Club of the Beaches honors our  community Firefighters with an awards presentation and breakfast! Nominations for the outstanding service are selected by the Chiefs/Heads of Department. The groups honored include: Panama City Beach, Bay County, Naval Support Activity Panama City, and the State Fire Marshall’s Office.
