Every year the Optimist Club of the Beaches honors our community Law Enforcement with an awards presentation and breakfast! Nominations for the outstanding service are selected by the Chiefs/Heads of Department. The groups honored include: Panama City Beach Police, Bay County Sheriff, and School Officers.
